A Henrietta man is facing several charges after authorities say he sexually abused a child.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says they were notified, along with CPS, that 39-year-old Mark Buechler had allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a child.
Buechler has been charged with predatory sexual assault against a child, first degree criminal sex act, and use of a child in a sexual performance. He is being held without bail.
Authorities say based on new information they believe there may be additional victims in this case. Anyone with any information is asked to call 911.
