The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a Henrietta gas station was held up at gunpoint shortly after midnight.
Lt. Joshua DeRuyter says employees of the station on West Henrietta Road reported a black male suspect armed with a silver handgun demanded money and fled on foot in the direction of Calkins Road. He was described as a little over six feet tall and 200 pounds, wearing a black hoodie and a black mask.
He got away with about $200 in cash and $700 worth of merchandise. Nobody was hurt.
