A Town of Henrietta employee has been charged with eavesdropping and possession of an eavesdropping device after she allegedly recorded conversations between her coworkers.

Marlene Youngman was assigned to the Henrietta Court Clerk’s Office at the time. The Monroe County Sheriff’s office says the recordings were made when Youngman wasn’t at work.

She’s due back in Henrietta Court later this month, but the case may be moved to another jurisdiction to avoid any possible conflict of interest.
