Monroe County sheriff’s deputies were called Thursday night to a Wendy’s on West Henrietta Road for a domestic disturbance in the roadway.
Deputies arrived and found the participants, one of whom ran away and was chased up West Henrietta Road. That person was found to have a loaded handgun without a permit.
22-year-old Rayjohn Adams of Rochester was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, obstructing governmental administttion and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was carrying more than the amount allowed under the new state law.
