A hearing on February 3rd may decide if the city can release disciplinary records on Rochester police officers.

Last week, the Rochester Police Locust Club filed a motion to delay release of the records, saying not all personal information had been removed. The city argued this was a last minute attempt to block the city from posting the records in an online database, which it planned to do after the state repealed Public Law 50-A, which kept them confidential.

In court papers, Judge Ann Marie Taddeo scheduled the hearing for February and ordered the city not to release the records until then.
