The Mother accused of murdering her seven-year-old son with a kitchen knife has been indicted by a Monroe County grand jury.
That will make it unnecessary for Hanabe Mouhib to appear in Sweden Court for a preliminary hearing.
Mouhib is accused of stabbing and then decapitating her first-grade son, Abraham Cardenas in the family’s home near Brockport last week. Deputies responding to a call of a suicidal woman with a knife had to use pepper spray and a taser to subdue her.
