A Monroe County man is facing up to 25 years to life in prison after being found guilty of murder.
The Monroe County District Attorney’s Office says a jury found 62-year-old Anthony Edwards guilty of second degree murder today, for the death of Gail Neals. She was found dead near Hudson Avenue and Skuse Street in Rochester last May.
An autopsy determined that Neals died from being strangled and suffered blunt force trauma to her face and head. Edwards will be sentenced on November 10th.
