A 29-year-old Arizona man has pled guilty to a charge of first degree manslaughter in a Rochester man’s death.
The Monroe County District Attorney’s Office says Christian Rodriguez will be sentenced to 20 years in prison plus five years of post release supervision for the shooting of 63-year-old David Bourne more than a year ago. Â Rodriguez will be sentenced on July 27th in Monroe County Court.
Bourne was shot once in the head after both men left the Mirage Club on West Ridge Road in Rochester. The shooting happened in a parking lot behind the club.
