The Monroe County District Attorney’s Office says 26-year-old Quadmaine Robinson of Rochester pled guilty today to charges of Manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.
Robinson was charged in last fall’s shooting death of 24-year-old Aaron Bailey, who was found injured in a city convenience store and pronounced dead after being brought to the hospital. Robinson admitted to using the gun during a dispute with Bailey.
His guilty plea means a 28-year prison term and five years of post-release supervision.
Robinson will be sentenced on August 29th.
