Four people who were arrested 10 days ago for allegedly passing fake money at a Dollar Store in Sodus have been arrested again, this time for allegedly passing counterfeit at a Sodus gas station.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office says all four, who are in their teens and early 20s, were arrested this week after allegedly spending a fake $50 bill at a gas station on Route 104. All have been charged with first degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and conspiracy and ordered to appear in court.
More charges are pending.
