The Greece Central School District budget of nearly $247.2 million was approved Tuesday night by voters, 1,855-to-956.

Also approved were propositions to buy 13 replacement buses and two vans for a maximum of $1.4 million, and authorizing the district to establish a building capital reserve fund of up to $10 million over 10 years to be used for future capital projects without having to borrow.

Greece residents elected Tracey Farmer, Tammy Flores and Sherita Traywick to the school board.
