Greece Police have an arrest in the theft of a car from the Walmart on Dewey Avenue with a four-year-old child in the back seat. The child was unharmed.
Police have charged 25-year-old Tyneidra Snow of Rochester with Kidnapping, Grand Larceny and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. She’s awaiting arraignment at Greece Police Headquarters. Another woman seen on surveillance video with Snow has been questioned, but was released without charges.
Police say they want to thank the public for their help in identifying the suspect, as well as the Rochester Police, New York State Police and Monroe County Sheriff’s Office for their help in tracking down the stolen van.

this morning from the Walmart parking lot. A four-year-old disabled child was strapped into her car seat in the back.
The mother immediately called 911…and police began a search. Before they could put out an Amber Alert they got a tip that the van had been dumped on a dead end street in Rochester.
