Greece police have made a second arrest in connection with the shooting incident February 10 outside the Dewey Avenue Walmart.

A 17-year-old Rochester man has been charged with second degree criminal possession of a weapon and first degree reckless endangerment. He was charged as an adolescent offender and released to a parent.

Last month, police arrested 18-year-old Ibsan Principe of Rochester on identical charges. He was out on bail on a previous weapon charge at the time of the shooting.

Police say the two men got into an argument inside the store. Once in the parking lot they pulled guns and began firing at each other, forcing shoppers to flee for their lives. None of the bullets hit anyone.
