Rochester police say a 42-year-old Greece man was blinded in one eye as he was hit by a paintball gun round while driving on Dewey Avenue.
Police say they’ve arrested 27-year-old Darnell Berry of Rochester and charged him with second degree assault for firing that shot. They say the victim was driving north near Magee Avenue when he was hit by the paintball round and permanently blinded in his left eye. The incident happened on June 20th. Berry was arrested yesterday.
