A Monroe County Court Judge has found a Greece man who drove around the town with his girlfriend’s lifeless body guilty of evidence tampering.

Domenic Mineccia was also found guilty of buying and possessing heroin, and of endangering the welfare of a child. He remains free on bail until sentencing.

Judge Christopher Ciaccio found the 37-year-old man moved the body of his girlfriend, Nicole Grana, after finding her dead in their bathtub on Christmas Eve, 2014. He put her body in his car and drove around before returning home and calling 911. Earlier in the day, Mineccia had bought heroin and the couple used it together. The drug was laced with fentanyl, and Grana died of an overdose.

He left Nicole Grana and the drugs together with their 16-month-old son when he went out, leading to the child endangerment charge.
