Rochester Police say 24-year-old Orlando Hernandez of Greece has been arrested on a second degree murder charge in the death of Jeffrey Priester last July at 886 North Clinton Avenue.
Hernandez was indicted four days ago on murder and criminal possession of a weapon charges by a Monroe County grand jury. That indictment was unsealed today.
