The Greece Police Department says a Greece man was drunk when he slammed his car into an unoccupied patrol car that was parked on English Road near the 700 block.
The collision sent the patrol car crashing into another parked car, also unoccupied, that was in a nearby driveway. The officer was responding to a call at a nearby address and had left the patrol car under a streetlight with its parking lights on.
Charles Fulkerson, 67, of Greece, was charged with DWI and other traffic violations. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries and released with an appearance ticket.
