The Town of Greece is advising waterfront residents that the deadline for applications to the state’s Lake Ontario Residential Recovery Program is Friday, September 29th.
This is one of the programs set up by the state to help residential and small business owners whose properties were damaged by the spring floods.
Supervisor Bill Reilich says applications can be made online through the Bishop Sheen Housing Foundation or by mail to Sheen Housing, PO Box 460, Bloomfield, NY 14469. You don’t need your supporting documentation to file the application as long as you get the application itself in by the 29th.
