A grand jury has decided not to indict Greece Police Officer Jeffrey Fraser in the shooting of an 81-year-old man who pointed a rifle at him.
Fraser went to Robert Litollf’s home on Betwood lane on the night of April 5th when Litolff told 911 he was going to kill his wife. Litolff met the officer on his front lawn and aimed a 22-caliber rifle at him. The officer fired 17 shots, hitting Litolff twice and killing him.
Later, police learned his rifle wasn’t loaded.
