A Monroe County grand jury has indicted a 25-year-old Rochester man for Second Degree Murder and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
The charges against Devin Mason are over his alleged involvement in the murder of Christopher Smith, who was found dead in an alley in Rochester on April 3rd.
Mason is to be arraigned Wednesday morning.
