Three Arizona men charged in connection with the abduction of a woman as she was leaving the MCC campus in Brighton, have been indicted by a grand jury. Andy Nano, Mohammed Hussain Al-Harbi and Mohammed Qasim Al-Harbi have all been indicted on a charge of second degree kidnapping.
Police say the three men forced the woman into a car against her will and drove her to a motel in Gates, where she was assaulted.
Andy Nano has been indicted on additional charges including six counts of criminal sexual act, sex abuse, rape and criminal obstruction of breathing.
