Four men have been indicted by a Monroe County grand jury in connection with the mass shooting incident at the Mexican Village Bar back in February.
Josue Delgado-Rivera and Juan Luis Garcia have been indicted for second degree murder, multiple counts of assault and possession of a weapon. Jaime Fontanez-Baez and Efrain Figueroa have been indicted on assault and weapons possession charges.
All four men were involved in firing a barrage of 25 shots outside the State Street Bar early on February 7th. Eight people were shot, and one of them was killed. They were arrested in late September.
