Governor Cuomo says repeal of the Affordable Care act without a replacement plan could cost more than 75,500 Monroe County residents their health insurance coverage.
The governor’s office released figures for all New York counties, counting patients on expanded Medicaid and who are insured through the New York’s Obamacare health exchange.
The governor’s figures say more than 9,300 Ontario County residents would be at risk, plus about 5,000 each in Livingston and Genesee Counties.
