Police have charged 41-year-old Robert Gonzalez of Rochester with several charges relating to the AMBER Alert issued earlier this week for a 14-year-old girl.
Gonzalez is charged with second degree criminal sex act, third degree sexual abuse and use of a child in a sexual performance.
The 14-year-old neighbor was reported missing Saturday evening and an AMBER Alert was issued Monday night. The girl was found Tuesday with Gonzalez in Brooklyn. Gonzalez was originally brought back to Rochester on an existing assault charge.
