The Golden Ponds restaurant in Greece is facing a second lawsuit.
According to the complaint, 90-year-old Mary Fazio became so ill after eating her Thanksgiving Dinner from the restaurant that she had to be hospitalized, and had to have her colon removed as a result.
A food borne pathogen in the gravy is believed to have sickened more than 260 people who ate there — or got takeout food there — on Thanksgiving.
This lawsuit is in addition to another that was filed a month ago by a mother and son from Webster. They too got sick after eating Thanksgiving dinner at Golden Ponds.
