Five Geneva teenagers arrested last month during a fight that turned into a riot have been offered a plea deal by the Ontario County District Attorney.
A spokesman says the teens would plead guilty to second degree rioting and spend 15 days in jail. They’d also have to serve three years’ probation and put in 50 hours of community service.
All five students, who range in age from 18 to 16, were Geneva High School students at the time of the fight on June 6th.
Geneva Police say the incident started in mid-afternoon with someone being assaulted and robbed. It escalated into a large fight on the grounds of Geneva General Hospital in which several people suffered minor lacerations
