State Police have arrested a Geneva man who took back a skid loader from the company that repossessed it for non-payment.
Troopers say 27-year-old George Holbert is charged with grand larceny, trespass and criminal possession of a controlled substance. The complainant said Holbert went onto his property after he repossessed the machine and drove it away. When Holbert was arrested for taking the machine, troopers found heroin in his pockets.
He was arraigned in Waterloo Court and released on his own recognizance.
