Geneseo Police say a 19-year-old Wyoming County man turned himself in after being accused of possessing a sexual performance by a child.
They say Darryle Briggs of Warsaw knowingly had the video on his phone, depicting a young man believed to be less than 16.
He’s being held in the Livingston County Jail on $1,000 bail.
