A Genesee County teenager is dead after a one-vehicle crash late last night.
The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office says 17-year-old Brian West Jr. Died about 5:20 this morning at Strong Memorial Hospital following the Sunday night crash. They say he was driving north in his pickup truck on West Bethany Road not far from his home when something caused him to veer off the road. The truck rolled over and came to rest on the opposite lane and West was ejected.
He was airlifted by Mercy Flight to Strong, but died this morning.
Deputies continue their investigation.
