Gates Police have arrested a 66-year-old town resident for promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing the same. They say Daniel Greening was arrested after a joint investigation by the FBI and Gates Police. The department says the incident took place in July.
Police in Gates have also charged a 35-year-old Rochester man with promoting a 16-year-old as a prostitute earlier this year. David Prince was charged after police learned of an incident in May of this year.
