A Gates man has been charged in connection with three separate robberies over three days. Gates Police say Steven Marzovilla was arrested Tuesday and charged with three counts of first degree robbery.
Police say Marzovilla’s robbery spree started early Sunday when he held up the clerk at the CVS on Spencerport Road. Police say he also robbed a 26-year-old Gates man who was walking on Spencerport Road late Monday night, and then he held up the Speedway station on Elmgrove Road early Tuesday morning.
Authorities say in each case Marzovilla either threatened to shoot the victim or implied he had a gun.
