Accused drug dealer Dominic Hobbs pleaded not guilty to drug possession and trafficking charges on Tuesday.

Gates Police arrested Hobbs last month on the drug charges, but they also charged him with criminally negligent homicide in connection with the death of 41-year-old Tara Miles.

Authorities believe Miles purchased cocaine and heroin from Hobbs just a couple of hours prior to her death.

The criminally negligent homicide charge against Hobbs has not yet been presented to a grand jury pending completion of the autopsy.
