Gasoline prices continue their gradual decline across Upstate New York. Rochester’s price for a gallon of unleaded regular now averages $2.69 per gallon, down four cents over the last week.
Syracuse is down seven cents to $2.60, and Buffalo is down by two cents at an average of $2.72.
The statewide average price is now $2.55 per gallon, down two cents.
Refinery operations and fuel shipments are returning to normal after Hurricanes Harvey and Irma hit Texas and Florida.
