The AAA says gasoline prices have hit their lowest mark nationally in 100 days…and prices are still falling across the Buffalo-Rochester-Syracuse region.
The auto club says the national average price for a gallon of unleaded regular is now $2.13. That’s the lowest price for this week since 2004. The New York State average is $2.33 a gallon, down three cents from last week.
In Rochester the average price for a gallon of gas stands at $2.27, down two cents from a week ago.
Gasoline supplies are high and oil prices continue low despite summer travel, so the AAA says pump prices should stay fairly low into the fall.
