Gas UpGasoline prices are still falling across Western and Central New York.

The AAA says the New York State average for a gallon of unleaded regular is down two cents from last week at $2.40. A year ago it was $2.94.

Rochester’s average price dropped three cents last week at $2.33. Buffalo is down two cents and Syracuse three cents.
