The AAA says gasoline prices have fallen slightly nationwide following the Memorial Day Weekend. The New York State Average is now $3.07, which is down two cents from a week ago.
The Rochester regional average is down two cents at $3.01. Buffalo is down a penny at $3.02 and Syracuse is down three cents at $3.00 even.
The Energy Information Administration says demand fell after Memorial Day by nearly three-quarters of a billion barrels per day. If that trend continues, prices will keep dropping.
