A Suburban Disposal garbage truck driver has been charged with criminally negligent homicide in a crash last month that killed 63-year-old Paul Laudico on Spencerport Road.
Gates Police say 31-year-old Jerry Moore was watching a video on his cellphone while driving at the time of the crash. His truck rear-ended Laudico’s pickup truck, killing him.
Moore was released on an appearance ticket.
