Rochester Lobbyist Robert Scott Gaddy will pay $370 in fine and court costs after pleading guilty to a harassment charge involving a Rochester columnist.
Gaddy pled guilty in Albany County Court to the non-criminal charge brought by Gloria Winston Al-Sarag. She accused Gaddy of slapping her and threatening her at an Albany hotel. He won’t serve any jail time.
Gaddy is 47. He’s represented a number of Rochester clients in Albany over the years, including the City School District and the Rochester-Genesee Regional Transportation Authority.
