The woman arrested this week when fugitive David Clyde Morgan went on the run has been identified as Sandra Brown of Southport, South Carolina.
Brown was arraigned in a Livingston County courtroom this evening (Thu) on charges of menacing a police officer, second degree menacing and possession of stolen property. She pled “not guilty” to all charges. A hearing will be held on July 24th at 11:00 a.m. in her case.
Bail was set at $50,000, the judge taking into account that Morgan remains a fugitive.
Brown is said to be Morgan’s girlfriend. She tried to run after Morgan pointed a gun at a Geneseo Police Officer Wednesday, but was taken into custody at the scene.
