Rochester police have released details of a police investigation that blocked York Street over the weekend, saying it led to the arrest of a New York City fugitive wanted for murder.
Police say officers spotted a car wanted in a reckless endangerment case, and followed it to a house on York Street where it pulled into a driveway. Four people went inside the house.
Police moved in and recovered three loaded guns, cash and marijuana. Charged with criminal possession of a weapon were:
- 37-year-old Michael Bussey of Rochester
- 18-year-old Ahmed Anderson of Brooklyn
- 20-year-old Javier Marshall of Greece
- 19-year-old Naydor Snow of Rochester
- a 16-year-old juvenile from Rochester
Anderson was wanted on a parole absconder felony fugitive warrant from New York City for murder. The 16-year-old was wanted on a juvenile delinquent warrant.
