There are more signs of normal life returning, with word that the KeyBank Rochester Fringe Festival will be back this fall.

Festival officials say instead of last year’s virtual festival, forced on them by the pandemic, they’ll offer a hybrid experience this year. There will be in-person as well as online events, Tuesday, September 14 through Saturday, September 25. Those are the dates announced for last year.

Producer Erica Fee says they’re working closely with local, state and federal officials, and will be right up to the end of the festival because situations keep changing so rapidly. She says they are 100 percent committed to safety for both the artists and the audience.
