Four men were shot and wounded Tuesday evening in an incident on Flower Street off North Clinton Avenue.
Rochester Police say two of the men were taken to Strong Memorial and the other two to Rochester General Hospital. Multiple shots were fired and a car was also struck. Three of the men are recovering, and one was still in surgery late Tuesday night.
