Rochester-based Gallina Development Corporation says it has bought the former Xerox Tower at 100 South Clinton Avenue at the gateway to downtown Rochester. The full site includes the 30-story tower, a 350-car parking garage, a 750-seat auditorium plus free-standing office and retail buildings.

No purchase price was announced.

Gallina says it’s working on a comprehensive redevelopment plan for the property, which covers a full city block. They say they’ll be sharing it with the public in the near future.
