A former Wayne County Sheriff’s deputy has been arrested on charges of second and third degree sex abuse plus official misconduct.
The Sheriff’s Office says Devin Hall of Sodus was dismissed on Tuesday and charged on Thursday after an investigation into his conduct.
He’s been arraigned in Lyons Court and will be back in court at a later date.
