Rochester Police have charged a Rochester School District paraprofessional with third degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say 51-year-old Mariano Velazquez of Rochester worked at Edison Career and Technology High School since the fall of 2015. But his arrest is related to an incident that happened in early 2015 when he was a coach at East High School. The incident involved an East High student.
