Flags at state government buildings will be flown at half-staff on Wednesday to honor a Dansville woman, killed while performing maintenance duties in support of combat operations with the U.S. Air Force.
Staff Sgt. Alexandria Mae Morrow died last week in Southwest Asia while on duty. The 25-year-old airman was a Dansville High School graduate and mother of two young children.
She was assigned to the 366th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Mountain Home Air Base in Idaho.
Governor Cuomo ordered the flags to half-staff in her honor.
