A co-founder of 5Linx Corporation has been sentenced in a wire and tax fraud case.
Craig Jerabeck and two other company co-founders pleaded guilty to charges of illegally pocketing millions of dollars that should have gone to the marketing company’s shareholders. Jerabeck was sentenced to 14 months in prison and also ordered to pay more than $2 million in restitution.
The other parties face sentencing later this month.
