Rochester Police say it looks as though there was a marijuana growing operation inside a vacant commercial building on Fernwood Avenue that caught fire this morning.
Other than confirming the marijuana farm, police aren’t saying anything more about the fire or if the growing operation caused the fire. They say it’s still an active investigation.
The blaze went to three alarms but nobody was hurt.
Police are asking anyone who knows anything about this to give them a tip via 911 or Crimestoppers.
