Rochester fire investigators have determined it was an electrical fire that damaged a four-family home on St. Paul Street on Wednesday morning.
Firefighters received the call shortly after 6:00 a.m. They found everyone had left the building after finding the fire in the attic. Firefighters fought the fire from inside and had it under control in about half-an-hour. There was significant fire and water damage to the house, and the Red Cross was assisting some of the residents.
