The Rochester Fire Department says a blaze in a Rochester Restaurant early Monday morning was arson.
The fire heavily damaged the Three Latinos Restaurant, which is in a commercial building at West Ridge Road and Palm Street, opposite from the Kodak Center. They’re asking anyone with information on the fire to contact fire investigators through Crime Stoppers, at 423-9300.
The fire was reported shortly before 4:00 Monday morning. Nobody was hurt.
